Who We Are

The Texas Turnaround Center (TTC) is part of a state-wide system of 20 regional Education Service Centers (ESCs) created by the Texas Legislature. The overall goal of all regional ESCs is to support school districts and campuses across Texas in improving student performance, operating efficiently and effectively, and carrying out mandates from the Texas Education Agency (TEA) and the Texas Legislature.The TTC's mission is to reduce the number of campuses rated low-performing by enhancing capacity statewide for supporting comprehensive, ongoing improvement of under-performing districts and schools.
